Offerings:
30/60 Minute “Get It Out” Sessions: Do you ever just want to hit something, hard? but need a safe space, need a healthy outlet? These unscripted sessions will give you the opportunity to vent verbally and physically. The benefits are endless!
30 Minute Private / Semi – Private Sessions: MMA Fundamentals, Boxing/MMA Striking, Modern Grappling Techniques, Self Defense Concepts based in Ju Jutsu/MMA. Includes Intro Skill Eval with Tracking Sheet for measurable movements. (1-2 participants)
60 Minute Private / Semi – Private Sessions: MMA Fundamentals, MMA / Boxing Striking, Modern Grappling Techniques, Self Defense Concepts based in Ju-Jitsu/MMA. Includes Intro Skill Eval with Tracking Sheet for measurable movements.
Fight Camp: Experience a sampling of MMA / Boxing Training. You will be working one on one with, Sensei Jennifer McNutt. Includes, partner drills for footwork, movement, hand to hand, blocks, strikes, kicks, grappling techniques, take downs, real world self defense and more. 6-12 weeks, session amount TBD.
